The family’s favorite musical adventure TV series, YO GABBA GABBA, is hitting the road for a series of unforgettable shows. This is the perfect chance to give the little ones their first-ever rock concert. Hosted by Kammy Kam — the teen star who hosts the show’s Apple TV+ spin-off “Yo Gabba GabbaLand,” everyone’s in for a magical day of singing, dancing, playing, and jumping across tons of whimsical surprises. With Muno, Foofa, Plex, Brobee and Toodee, and some promised special guests, it’s bound to be a childhood highlight they’ll treasure forever.
Billboard Family sent out an exclusive announcement that Yo Gabba Gabba is hitting the road once more this summer. The trek follows their Coachella stint last April. That performance is said to be a “taste of what fans might expect” on Yo Gabba Gabba Live! this fall. With a Kammy Kam and Yo Gabba Gabba crew NPR TinyDesk takeover last December, it sure seems that these fellas have a musical marathon going on.
“The iconic characters will create an unforgettable immersive musical experience across 24 stops on the tour, perfect for both a child’s first rock concert, moms and dads who love sharing special moments with their kids, and young adults looking to relive their nostalgic times with the Gabba Friends,” the tour’s press release shared.
If you think this one’s just another kiddy music show, well you’re mistaken… Yo Gabba Gabba’s first season was even covered by the likes of Rolling Stone, Stereogum, Billboard, and more as the whimsical creatures featured some of the best rockers in the industry. They’ve got Anderson .Paak, mxmtoon, Local Natives, Lucius, Twin Shadow, Ty Segall, Cory Wong and Antwaun Stanley, The Drums and many more on their list. It sure is clear why even parents are hooked on what their kids are watching.
