Ashnikko is perhaps the world’s strangest and most whimsical pop star at the moment. Her music itself is a well-rounded mix of punk influenced rap with pop sensibilities, and the energy of it is amplified by her look. Nikko wears her periwinkle blue hair in all different intricate styles for each individual look she sports. This year, Ashnikko is coming out with her sophomore album, Smoochies, which is set to release in mid-October. And once her album is out, there’s no limit to the havoc she’ll wreak on the cities she’s set to perform in on her upcoming world tour. Ashnikko has been making music since she was a kid, but it was only after her hit single “Stupid”exploded in popularity thanks to users on TikTok that she started to truly flourish. Now, she’s released four extended plays and two full length albums, each filled with a plethora of undeniable hits. Her latest album, Smoochies, promises to do what all her previous projects have done: deliver smash hit after smash hit in a perfectly aesthetic packaging.
The album in question is set to release on October 17th 2025, and not long after, Ashnikko is going to be absolutely everywhere. The tour sees Ashnikko taking to the stage in well over two dozen cities across North America, Europe, and even all the way over to Oceania with two dates in Auckland and Brisbane respectively. The tour will kick off with a show in Berlin, Germany at the Columbiahalle on January 27th 2026 and will come to a screeching halt on September 25th at The Fortitude Music Hall in Brisbane, Australia, but it’s one of her shows a little closer to home that you should watch out for.
