ABOUT HATEBREED

Hardcore band Hatebreed was the pioneer in Connecticut’s hardcore scene. The band achieved commercial success with 2002’s Perserverance. The album, which spawned the hit “I Will Be Heard” and the title track, made its breakthrough in the Billboard 200 ranking at a cool number 50 at its peak. With every subsequent release, Hatebreed ranked even higher, and finally reached number 1 on the U.S.’s hardrock chart with 2013 The Divinity of Purpose. The album which busted out “Pull in the Torch” and “Tomorrow Never Dies,” became their highest charting effort. Hatebreed, for their angst driven lyrics and angrier vocals and hard hitting music, has achieved incredible feats for a band of their caliber. The Connecticut born outfit Grammy nomination in 2004 for “Live for This.” The band has also been regarded as one of the most influential figures of hardcore and heavy metal, paving the way for other bands to follow suit.
