Excision at The Stage AE

Excision is one of the spearheaders in bass music. He’s well known for his wild productions with an unmatched audio-visual experience. Both his Bass Canyon and Lost Lands festivals have become globally renowned and have made a solid name for themselves. Now that he’s on his Nexus Tour, you can imagine how big it’s going to be.

“This is the biggest tour we’ve ever done, with over 50 dates, massive production, and an incredibly talented mix of artists joining us on every stop,” Excision, a.k.a Jeff Abel, said upon the announcement of the tour in 2023. “I can’t wait to be able to reveal more. I’m excited to see all the Headbangers in their hometowns!”

The tour opened in late December in Chicago, Illinois, and is hitting cities like New York, Baltimore, and Denver before arriving in Pittsburgh on Saturday, the 15th of June, 2024. The tour announcement came right before he dropped “Bass To The Dome”, his seventh track released in 2023. In the same year, he staged his fifth annual Bass Canyon Festival at The Gorge Amphitheater as well as played to massive crowds at EDC Las Vegas. More recently, he also played an unforgettable set at Ultra Music Festival 2024.

As of writing, Excision has tweaked some parts of his visual production and it just got even better. The crazy Shrek visual you’ve been seeing all over your Instagram feed?
